I fly very often for my job.  I am a business to business sales professional, and as  a requirement of my job have started to fly all over North America and Europe.  I tend to go in bursts, where I travel a lot then slow down for a while.  over time, the process of getting ready for a business trip has become almost mechanical.  I keep a spare bag of toiletries already packed.  I made a list of items to that I will take take for both domestic and international travel.
